Using bots, scripts, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, collusion with other players, or exploiting software bugs is strictly prohibited. BC Game PK reserves the right to suspend and investigate accounts suspected of unfair play at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. BC Game PK will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing their password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the BC Game PK platform accessible at bcgamepk.app ("the Platform", "we", "us"). If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the matter is resolved.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Pending bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements will be cancelled upon closure.
BC Game PK reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. We may deduct a monthly inactivity fee from the balance of dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified before any fee is applied. To reactivate your account simply log in at any time.

For large withdrawals above a certain threshold, additional verification documents may be required before the payment is released. This is a standard compliance measure and is not applied selectively.
If you have claimed a deposit bonus, you must meet the stated wagering requirements before the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Your available withdrawable balance is clearly shown in your account dashboard, separate from any bonus balance that is still subject to wagering.
BC Game PK does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are your own responsibility.
